Celebrating Culture and Community: Obiora Obosi Iwaji Festival 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to community growth and cultural preservation, the Eric Nnamdi Anyamene Foundation proudly joined the people of Obosi to celebrate the 2025 Obiora Obosi Iwaji Festival on October 25th, 2025.

This colorful celebration brought together sons and daughters of Obosi from all walks of life to honor tradition, express gratitude, and strengthen community bonds.

In his goodwill message, Engr. Eric Nnamdi Anyamene (Ezenwata Obosi) congratulated His Royal Majesty, Igwe Chidubem Iweka III (Eze Iweka III) and all Ndi Obosi, commending their dedication to preserving the kingdom’s cultural heritage.

The Iwaji Festival—the traditional New Yam celebration—symbolizes renewal, abundance, and unity. For the Foundation, being part of this occasion reflects our mission of transforming lives, one initiative at a time, by supporting events that nurture community pride and togetherness.

This festival stands as a reminder that success is not only measured by achievements, but also by shared values, culture, and the spirit of community.
